Non-fiction and educational

I have researched, written and contributed to many educational materials and articles. An abuse survivor, I have also specialised in writing about understanding abuse and reshaping our response to trauma. As a bluewater sailor, I write about sailing with a particular focus on women on the water.

I am a regular contributor to Sistership Magazine and to Roots
